Investment Calculator – How Much will you make?

We are delivering significant, quarterly dividends and sizable profit multiples upon the sale of the property assets.

In Year One of a new property, we typically deliver a dividend of between 4-6%. Year Two, between 5-7% and Year Three we pay out dividends of between 6-8%. By Year Four and Year Five, we are paying out 7-9% and 8-10%, respectively.

All dividend payments are made quarterly.

Best of all, our profit multiples upon exit average more than two times the original investment amount, and this is paid in a lump sump upon sale of the asset.
