Tim Wright

Managing Partner

Tim Wright, P.E. is a Founder of Peak Realty Partners. He is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer, and a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professional. After two decades of experience in construction management and real estate development he assists Clients in the art of creating incredible projects using construction and design acumen, project management, building operations, and real estate project development skills and expertise. He’s involved in all aspects of conceptual design, project financing, project scheduling, and real estate management acting as Executive Lead on Real Estate Developments. He is a graduate of Auburn University in Civil Engineering.

  • Licensed Civil Engineer in California, Texas, and Arizona
  • Managed, permitted and built/renovated over 100 projects in California and Texas with a focus in multifamily and commercial spaces (Multifamily/Retail/Hospitality).
  • Decades of experience in dealing with and finding win-win solutions with city planning departments and neighborhood groups.

Brian Hager

Managing Partner

Brian Hager is the Co-Founder of Peak Realty Partners. He invests in high-end multifamily real estate development projects in San Diego and other markets, with an estimated $16 million worth of developments. Manages construction finance including construction loans, bridge financing, and fund control. Develops and manages investment syndication, proformas, waterfalls, and payout/dividend structures. Former CEO and Founder of Tradesparq, the world’s largest B2B supply chain community for international trade.
